Delta Media Group surveyed over 100 real estate brokers

 



Delta Media Group surveyed over 100 real estate brokers to identify their top five challenges this year. 

The survey was conducted in December among agents from brokerages responsible for around 60% of U.S. residential transactions last year. 

Recruiting new agents was the top challenge, according to 63% of the respondents. Followed by almost half the respondents (48%) saying reduced profit margin. 

  • The bottom spot was shared by agents adopting technology and finding ways to reduce expenses. 
  • Other findings from the survey include 74% of respondents giving a C grade to their new sales associate training methodologies, and 60% said they would increase their coaching and training for new agents.
