Dreamscape raises $850M to invest in residential, retail, hospitality, and gaming properties

 

Dreamscape has raised an $850M funding round to invest in residential, retail, hospitality, and gaming properties.

 Wells Fargo led this debt portion of the funding round.

  • Dreamscape's team has collectively worked and deployed $35B in different real estate properties, such as:
    • Henry Hall in New York's Hudson Yards,
    • The Pod Hotel in New York's Times Square,
    • The Goodtime Hotel in South Beach, Miami,
    • Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas,
    • and 5420 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
  • The company aims to use the funding to launch two separate business divisions that will be used to invest in properties and manage them. The rest will be used to renovate the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
  • The funding round is structured in both debt and equity. Wells Fargo led the debt portion of the deal, while Raymond James led the equity side of the investment.
  • Dreamscape is based in New York.
