Employee wellbeing key indicator of productivity

A recent Gallup report reveals that businesses with engaged employees have a 23% higher profit than those with unhappy employees.

Moreover, the report found that absenteeism is 27% lower for employees who exercised regularly than those who didn’t.

Gallup also reported that employees with healthy eating habits were 25% more likely to have higher job performance.

    • Employees who exercised three times a week were 15% more likely to have better job performance.
  • New study by Deloitte shows that poor mental health in the workplace has increased since 2019, costing U.K. employers up to £56B annually.
  • In a recent report that surveyed 9,000 employees worldwide, Gympass, a corporate wellbeing platform, found that 83% believe their well-being is as important as their salary.
