Ian Black Real Estate welcomes Kate Mansfield as an assistant property manager.   She brings over 25 years of experience in multifamily property management.  Ian Black Real Estate (IBRE) is the largest commercial real estate firm with offices in Sarasota, Fla.  Mansfield will assist with the day-to-day operations of the properties under the firm's management portfolio list.  Previously Mansfield has served as a regional property manager for WRH Realty Services, Inc. and Bainbridge Companies. During her time at Bainbridge Companies, she managed a luxury housing portfolio of 1,900 units and more than 1,000 residents in Florida.
