One television journalist was killed and another injured while they were covering a recent murder in Florida.
The journalists were reporting on the killing of a woman in a suburb near Orlando when the gunman returned to the crime scene and opened fire against them.
Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons was killed and photojournalist Jesse Walden was injured.
- After attacking the journalists, the gunman entered a nearby home, where he killed a 9-year-old girl and injured her mother.
- Police apprehended 19-year-old Keith Moses, who is also believed to have carried out the original homicide, according to Orange County Sheriff John Mina.
- Mina said that the suspect apparently knew the first victim but not the mother and daughter.
