The DEV community launched a hackathon in partnership with Linode.  Linode provides developers and businesses with products and services to build, deploy, and scale applications. The hackathon invites developers to build projects in five categories: smooth shifters, edgeworker experts, SaaS superstars, integration innovators, and wacky wildcard.  The grand prize winners, one in each category, will receive a $1,000 gift card and $300 credit to the Forem Shop. Runners-up will receive a $250 gift card and $150 credit to the Forem Shop.  Participants should publish their app on DEV using its submission template by Feb. 20 to be considered for the competition.
