The company has raised over $170M since its inception in 2014.

Vytalize Health aims to deliver the best data available at the right time to physicians and their staff, making practices more efficient at helping patients and reducing costs for them.

  • Its platform is used in health practices across 36 U.S. states.
  • It claims that it saved around $400 in costs per user in 2022.
  • Enhanced Healthcare Partners and Monroe Capital led the funding round, with participation from North Coast Ventures.
  • The company aims to use the funding to advance responsible value-based care for seniors by investing in its technology.
  • Vytalize is based in Hoboken, New Jersey.
