Zoho Corporation is releasing an updated version of its CRM platform called Bigin.  The tools are designed to accommodate small businesses by lowering the cost and barrier of entry.  Zoho said it prides itself on creating Bigin, which initially launched in 2020. Bigin is ideal for small businesses that want to move into the digital world and eliminate spreadsheets.  Zoho describes it as an easy-to-use platform that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.  The company serves over 20K customers and the latest version will come with a Team pipeline.  Sales teams can use Bigin to reach customers more efficiently, and compile customer data in one place.
