Actor Ryan Reynolds is poised to rake in over $300M after exiting his stake in Mint Mobile.
T-Mobile announced it would acquire Mint Mobile for $1.35B in equity and stock deal last week. Reynolds owned a 25% stake in Mint Mobile, which could earn him as much as $340M.
The deal is structured as 39% cash and 61% stock.
