addition, the French startup bolstered its executive team with the
appointment of Mary Nelson to the chief customer officer role.
- Peel and Nelson are tasked with increasing Aircall's presence in the North American market.
- Nelson joins from Alkarni Technology, where she was the chief client officer.
- Peel joins from payroll and benefits startup Paychex.
- Prior to that, Peel led the sales team at Deluxe Group.
- Aircall is hoping to build upon its recent momentum after reporting $100M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 2022 and hopes the new additions can help the firm make inroads with SME businesses in North America.
