Cendyn announced the launch of eInsight Sales, a new B2B sales automation solution for the hospitality industry.   The new solution is available as an add-on to Cendyn's eInsight CRM platform.  Like eInsight CRM, Sales is also driven by the PMS data and enables hoteliers to correlate guest profiles, reservations, and production data from the PMS.  The Sales and CRM platforms offer the opportunity to manage demand and sales pipeline across transient and corporate businesses in a single platform.  It allows sales and marketing companies to create personalized automated or ad hoc sales campaigns targeting corporate clients and travel agents.
