Audi is testing the use of personalized QR codes in its streaming ads in the United States. 

The initiative is being launched in partnership with PHD Media and Kerv Interactive. 

The technology called Dynamic Destination was developed by Kerv Interactive, an AI video advertising platform based in Austin, Texas. 

  • The technology allows Audi to target OTT and CTV viewers with unique QR codes that are customized based on things like weather, time, location, etc. 
  • Audi is currently using the tool to direct people to their local dealerships using ads that are delivered through OTT channels.
