Blockchain-based proptech company Coadjute raised £4M (~$4.94M) in funding.   The funding round, which pushes its total funding to £14M (~$17.3M), was led by Praetura Ventures.  Coadjute leverages R3 Corda enterprise technology to offer a digital ledger for agents to track transactions.  The company claims its platform provides a secure, digital approach to connect in real-time to reduce costs and improve security and efficiency.  The London-based company plans to use the proceeds to continue the network rollout and development for buyers and sellers.
