Microsoft has announced the new Report Suspicious Activity feature in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

This feature notifies users about unusual log-in attempts, which helps organizations address potential security threats faster.

Azure AD is a cloud-based identity and access management service that supports Microsoft 365, the Azure portal, and other SaaS applications.

  • Microsoft claims Azure AD users can leverage the new feature to report suspicious activities such as unknown authentication requests.
  • Fraudulent attempts can be reported through the Microsoft Authenticator app or via phone call.
  • Users can also access fraud reports through Azure AD.
  • A step-by-step guide on enabling the Report Suspicious Activity feature can be found here.
