Microsoft unveils Dynamics 365 Copilot

 

Microsoft introduced Dynamics 365 Copilot, which it claims is the world's first AI copilot for CRM and ERP applications.  The new AI offering provides interactive, AI-powered assistance across business functions.  Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Viva Sales integrates with Microsoft Outlook to help sellers write email responses to customers and create email summaries of a Teams meeting.  The software giant announced the general availability of email replies and plans to add the ability to create customizable emails on March 15. Microsoft said the new AI-based features help sellers save time, boost productivity, lighten workloads, and stay focused on connecting with customers.  Current customers get a one-month free trial of Viva Sales to try out the new Copilot features.
