This latest offering is part of the Adobe Experience Cloud, a content management system (CMS) containing a full suite of integrated online marketing and web analytics products. 

  • Adobe Product Analytics purports to provide enterprises with purpose-built insights by tracking and analyzing how users interact with their applications and websites.
  • According to the company website, the new service enables business-wide collaboration on building and enhancing customer experiences to drive profitable growth. 
  • Adobe claims its new offering is equipped with self-service capabilities as well as graphs that provide an overview of high-level metrics, including the percentage of e-commerce website visitors that make a purchase, changes in customer engagement over time, growth in the user base, and other important trends. 
  • Software teams can also use Adobe Product Analytics to measure and track the popularity of an application’s features, which helps enhance company apps and improve usability.
