The product is designed for sales teams in SMEs that primarily use WhatsApp for communication. The platform includes four products: a Chatbot Creator for WhatsApp, a WhatsApp Shared Inbox, a CRM for WhatsApp, and WhatsApp Marketing Software. 

With the Chatbot feature, businesses can design automated sales conversations for clients that reduce wait times and answer clients' queries.
