    Revenue intelligence platform Mindtickle released The 2023 State of Sales Productivity Report

    The report revealed that three in four sellers are achieving only 70% or less of their quota, and Mindtickle expects quota attainment to get more difficult this year. 

    Mindtickle analyzed data from more than 1 million users at over 400 of its customers. 

    • Sales reps' interaction with sales content, such as slide decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc., more than doubled from 3.5 in 2021 to 7.5 in 2022. 
    • The top coaching obstacles for managers were the number of reps they manage (32%), not wanting to distract sellers (19%), and no formal coaching process (15%).
