Sales and marketing automation platform Keap acquired The Factory for an undisclosed sum.

The Factory was an implementation partner for Keap, assisting business owners in incorporating sales and marketing automation into their workflows. With the acquisition, Keap will be able to provide additional services to its clients, including a new coaching service offering.

  • The Factory founder Tyler Garns will join Keap in the product manager role.
  • The Factory's service offerings will be merged with Keap's.
  • Keap CEO and co-founder Clate Mask, said the additional services will "assist small business owners and entrepreneurs with the campaigns they want to run, but don’t have the time to build and implement — making Keap’s automation an even better fit for any small business owner today.”
  • Keap's platform automates lead capture and conversion campaigns for small business owners.
