Sudeikis on "Lasso" ending

 

"Ted Lasso" co-creator and star Jason Sudeikis suggested once again that the show's upcoming third season will be its last.   Sudeikis told Deadline that Season 3 represents "the end of this story that we wanted to tell." Sudeikis did however leave open the possibility of a spinoff series following a different character (or perhaps returning as Lasso on the Cameo app). Sudeikis developed the series with "Scrubs" vet Bill Lawrence along with writer Joe Kelly and co-star Brendan Hunt. Season 3 of "Ted Lasso" hits Apple TV+ on March 15.
