Agmo announces sales platform

 

Agmo announced an AI-powered sales force automation (SFA) platform called Agmo Sales.

 The platform is aimed at simplifying the B2B sales processes at SME businesses in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), medical instruments, and food and beverage (F&B) sectors. 

The platform was developed to address sales process, lead management, and customer data management challenges faced by SMEs.

  • The Agmo Sales platform leverages AI to provide features such as intelligent search, product recommendations, advanced analytics, data analysis, and trend identification. 
  • The platform slots under the Agmo Retail suite of products developed by the firm, along with the existing Agmo Order platform. 

Parent organization Agmo debuted on the ACE Market in Malaysia last year. 

  • Since then, the firm has expanded its presence into education, talent acquisition, and ESG domains.
