Outplay added AI and automation capabilities to its sales engagement software to help alleviate challenges faced by sales teams. 

The features will help sales teams streamline their prospecting, conversion, scheduling, and engagement workflows. 

The AI tools can tap into 850 million contacts on Outplay's Sales Prospecting Database to generate prospect lists and personalize outreach messaging for several communication mediums, including email, text, call, and LinkedIn. 

  • Using the Inbound Conversation and Scheduling platform, the AI tool can generate embedded calendars and automate meeting assignments. 
  • The Conversational Intelligence tools can analyze buyer intent, prioritize leads, and provide resources to handle objections in real-time. 
  • Additionally, Outplay's platform has embedded ChatGPT within its AI Email Writer platform to help draft outreach emails to prospective clients.
