On April 4, Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced the launch of its AWS Generative AI Accelerator, a 10-week program that aims to help the “most promising” generative AI companies to bring their ideas to full fruition.
The cloud giant says its accelerator
will provide eligible startups access to AI models and tools,
customized go-to-market strategies, ML stack optimization, and more.
- To
be eligible, startups should have already developed a minimal viable
product (MVP), have some traction with customers, and be working to
enhance their product value proposition to scale. AWS noted that this
accelerator is open to startups worldwide, presenting any use case.
- The application period for the accelerator opened yesterday and ends on April 17.
- Selected
startups will receive up to $300,000 in AWS credits, which include
cloud services, a network of business and technical mentors, and other
forms of support.
- The program will begin on May 25 and end with a demo day in San Francisco on July 26-27.
