Foxtrot hires new CEO

Foxtrot has tapped Liz Williams as its new CEO.

She will immediately take over the convenience store retailer, which blends e-commerce and retail.

  • Foxtrot combines curated collections of new and locally known brands with an all-day café experience that is also available through its e-commerce app.
  • Williams replaces Foxtrot co-founder Mike LaVitola, who will become chairman of the company.
  • Williams previously worked as Taco Bell’s CFO and was given oversight of its e-commerce and information technology operations.
  • Between 2018 and 2020, Williams worked as Taco Bell’s president, international, before joining Foxtrot as its first-ever president and CFO in June 2022.
  • Foxtrot began as a digital-only delivery service before launching its brick-and-mortar operations, which currently include 26 stores in the U.S.
