Insurance brokerage Acrisure said it has seen an improvement

Insurance brokerage Acrisure said it has seen an improvement in sales productivity after using the proprietary AI engine Auris to identify potential leads, deliver insights about prospective customers, provide product recommendations, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Another AI engine, Suvaun, has helped its sales teams double leads and increase sales conversion rates. In addition, the AI engines assist its marketing teams in developing media campaigns, analyzing marketing strategies, and evaluating rivals' efforts.

  • Acrisure roped in Tulco's artificial intelligence architect and former executive vice president, Matt Marolda, to boost sales, drive business growth, and increase productivity. This occurred shortly after it acquired Tulco's insurance division for $400M in 2020.
  • Marolda spent two years building the infrastructure to power AI innovation within the firm, which resulted in developing proprietary AI engines Auris and Suvaun.
  • The platform evaluates proprietary and third-party data from vendors, partners, and carriers, all stored in a data lake infrastructure.
  • Acrisure generated $4.1B in revenue in 2022.
  • In May 2022, Acrisure was valued at $23B.
