Canadian enterprise software provider Open Text Corp. has just debuted the latest version of its Cloud Editions customer experience management (CEM) platform.
This
is part of the company’s Project Titanium initiative to integrate
OpenText Cloud Editions into the public and private cloud by creating a
unified platform for cloud applications, integrations, and
microservices.
- OpenText unveiled Cloud Editions 23.2 earlier this week at Open Text World EMEA, the company’s three-city tour.
- Cloud
Editions 23.2 features integrations of OpenText Extended ECM and
OpenText Documentum with IDOL that enable businesses to explore content
connections to make smarter, faster decisions using AI-powered
insights.
- OpenText Extended ECM
is an enterprise content management platform that purports to securely
govern the information lifecycle by integrating with a range of
enterprise applications, such as SAP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and
others.
- The
updated version can automatically file, identify, and extract
business-critical content from third-party applications to the OpenText
Extended ECM or Documentum repository to reduce content sprawl and
provide insights into connections and relationships shown through visual
knowledge graphs.
- The
new release can also connect business processes to over 1,000 popular
applications through new OpenText Connectors for Microsoft Power
Automate.
