Mortgage intermediaries platform Acre raised £6.5M (~$8M) in investment.

 The funding round saw participation from The McPike Global Family Office (MGFO) and previous investors Aviva and Founders Factory. 

  • Acre, used by brokers, bankers, and insurers, offers a platform to verify mortgage applicants' identities, submit information, and track the application's progress. 
  • The company claims to have grown to 1300 users, representing around £10B (~$12.5B) in annual mortgage volume, witnessing a 10x YoY growth. 
  • Proceeds from the round will be used to continue the platform's customer growth and roll out new partnerships with lenders and insurers. 
  • Acre's current partners include Cornerstone Finance Group, Beneficial Network, and Intrinsic House.
