Northacre, a U.K.-based property developer, is forging a partnership with Nest Seekers International, a global real estate brokerage.
The partnership will help Northacre expand its heritage restoration and luxury home creation approach.

U.S.-based Nest Seekers International "is delighted to bring London's
premier projects to U.S. buyers and continue to facilitate sales for

- Northacre
has designed contemporary apartments along the London skyline, such as
The Bromptons and The Phillimores, both of which have received awards
from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
- Northacre's Development Management team will work with Nest Seekers International on projects starting in New York City.
- Nest Seekers
has developed properties throughout the United States and globally,
including the Tri-State area, Los Angeles, Colorado, Spain, Portugal,
Italy, Mexico, and the U.K.
