Notion co-founder and CEO Ivan Zhao announced that Erica Anderson is joining the company as its chief revenue officer (CRO).
Zhao said Anderson would grow the productivity tool provider with her product and team-led mindset.
Anderson is joining Notion from GitHub, where she spent over nine years in various leadership roles. For the last 19 months, she has served as GitHub's CRO.
- At GitHub, she was responsible for driving the go-to-market activities of its AI-powered products, such as GitHub Copilot. She was also instrumental in scaling the company to over $1B ARR.
- Anderson plans to introduce better onboarding and personalization for new users and align Notion's direction and growth priorities.
