PrettyLittleThing founder Umar Kamani has stepped down as CEO of the company.
The U.K.-based retailer will identify a replacement in the coming months, reports Retail Dive.
- Fast Fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing has grown rapidly since its launch in 2012.
- It collaborated with top celebrities under Kamani's leadership, including Kourtney Kardashian and Hailey Bieber.
- "Disneyland
and all the magic surrounding it has always been one of my biggest
inspirations," said Kamani in a statement, noting that he sought to
create a "fairytale-like world where unicorns exist."
- It was one of the first e-commerce brands to join TikTok in 2019.
- PrettyLittleThing parent company Boohoo reported an 11% revenue drop YoY for the four months to Dec. 31, 2022.
