Real estate operator and investor in the healthcare and life sciences sector, Meridian appointed Mike Conn as its Chief Executive Officer.   Meridian is promoting Conn from his current role as the company's Chief Development Officer (CDO).  According to Meridian, the promotion recognizes Conn's contribution to establishing the company's brand. Conn joined Meridian in 2012 as a real estate broker and general contractor. He was promoted to CDO in 2020.  During his 25 years of experience, Conn was responsible for site acquisition, entitlements, and joint ventures. He led the development and investment in over 5 million sq.ft of projects valued at around $2B.  Conn is succeeding the former CEO, John Pollock, who will continue as the firm's Managing Director and serve as its Chief Financial Officer.
