Sales and marketing consulting firm Sales Empowerment Group

 

Sales and marketing consulting firm Sales Empowerment Group (SEG) acquired sales training company Action Selling for an undisclosed sum.

 As a result of the acquisition, SEG will be able to expand its product suite with the addition of Action Selling's multi-program sales training pioneered by founder Duane Sparks. Action Selling's services are expected to complement SEG's virtual sales consulting, sales playbooks, and sales assessment services. 

  • SEG caters to middle-market companies across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, technology, and professional services sectors. 
  • Action Selling's president Eric Moore said that the acquisition would help strengthen clients' sales teams and help them expand their business reach.
  • SEG's CEO Brian O'Neil said, "SEG has always been dedicated to the training space for junior talent, and now we have a world-class sales training program to expand training to all aspects of the sales lifecycle and our clients' sales teams."
