Customer intelligence platform Dialpad introduced the generative AI features it plans to launch in the coming months.
The company also claimed to have crossed $200M in ARR.
- According to Diapad, the series of generative AI enhancements would transform how companies communicate, collaborate, and sell.
- New AI features in the pipeline include Ai Recap to summarize meetings, Ai Scorecards to improve agents’ day-to-day performance, improvements to Coaching Hub, and Ai Playbooks to provide real-time guidance and tracking against predetermined sales processes.
- Dialpad plans to release Ai Scorecards, the Coaching Hub, and Ai Playbooks in May, June, and July, respectively.
- Dialpad said its AI capabilities helped its contact center customers with an 18% cost reduction, a 14% increase in customer satisfaction score, and a 35% agent performance improvement.
