Salesforce announced new Einstein GPT and data cloud capabilities for Flow, its portfolio of automation tools.
The
cloud CRM company claims these new capabilities eliminate the need for
engineering teams to build automation, which enables businesses to build
automation faster with clicks, not code.
- Einstein GPT is
dubbed “the world’s first generative AI for CRM” that combines public
and private AI models with CRM data to enable users to ask
natural-language prompts directly through Salesforce CRM. Salesforce
unveiled this new technology at its Trailblazer DX 2023 developer event
last month.
- Salesforce Flow
is a portfolio of automation tools that replace manual workflow tasks
to boost productivity and provide better customer experiences.
- The
addition of Einstein GPT to Flow allows users to create and modify
automation using a conversational interface that democratizes the
automation-building process for non-technical users.
- Incorporating
Salesforce Data Cloud in Flow creates a pathway for real-time
personalized customer experiences as it unifies a company’s datasets and
allows customers to automate their complex workflows and
trigger actions based on real-time changes.
