SpaceX is targeting the launch of the Falcon Heavy ViaSat-3 mission tonight after several delays due to weather conditions.

If the weather permits, it will be the sixth launch of the Falcon Heavy rocket and the first time in its entirely expendable variation.

The launch was initially scheduled for April 27 but was scrubbed due to bad weather, including a lightning strike.

    • Another launch attempt on April 28 was aborted at T-58 seconds for unknown reasons.
    • Weather conditions also prevented a launch attempt on April 29.
    • The 45th Space Weather Squadron predicts an 80% chance of acceptable weather during the launch window.

SpaceX plans to conduct up to three more Falcon Heavy launches, including USSF 52, Echostar 24, and the delayed PSYCHE mission for NASA.
