 The company has raised $165M in total funding.

  • The company claims its platform is currently used by 6,000 sports organizations, including 150 professional sports teams and 400 collegiate athletic programs.
  • Dragoneer Investment Group led this funding round.
  • The company aims to use the capital to fund M&A deals and to expand in new markets.
  • In addition to closing its Series E round, Teamworks announced that it acquired ARMS Software.
  • Teamworks is based in North Carolina and has additional offices in the U.K. and Australia.
