Tom Lash, Amazon Web Services General Manager for National Security and Federal Delivery, has left the company to become the CEO of IT services and consulting company Meadowgate Technologies.
According to his Linkedin profile, Lash was employed at AWS for six years.
Lash will continue working with national security clients at Meadowgate, which specializes in technology solutions for government organizations like NASA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Army.
- On his Linkedin page, Lash shared that as Meadowgate’s new CEO, he will be “driving a new growth strategy to create a market leader in hybrid tech solutions” for the national security community.”
- Meadowgate boasts partnerships with tech giants, including HPE, Dell, VMware, Oracle, and Nvidia.
- Lash’s exit from AWS follows Amazon’s recent announcement that it will cut 9,000 positions over the coming weeks.
