 The collaboration delivers joint solutions to enable organizations to run their applications across on-premises, cloud, or edge environments with greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

  • The collaboration combines the capabilities of IBM Cloud Satellite and Wasabi hot cloud storage to provide customers with secure, resilient, high-performance, and compliant cloud services. 
  • IBM Cloud Satellite is a managed and distributed cloud solution that allows users to deploy and run applications in on-premises, edge, and public cloud environments from any cloud service provider. 
  • Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage is a universal cloud object storage service that purports to make data more readily accessible regardless of classification.
  • Wasabi claims that its storage solution can reduce cloud storage costs as it does not charge clients for egress or API requests.
