Nike has announced several changes to its leadership team to maximize its business potential.


Nike has announced several changes to its leadership team to maximize its business potential. 

John Donahoe, Nike's President and CEO, emphasized that "these shifts will allow us to streamline our focus across product, brand storytelling, and marketplace."

Under the new changes, Heidi O'Neill, currently Nike's President of Consumer & Marketplace, will become President of Consumer, Product & Brand.

  • The president of Nike's Jordan brand Craig Williams will serve as President of Geographies & Marketplace. Sarah Mensah, currently Nike's VP/GM for North America, will replace Williams as President of the Jordan brand. 
  • O'Neill is an industry veteran who has been with Nike for 24 years and is credited for launching and leading Nike Women's business. 
  • Under Williams' leadership, Nike's Jordan brand has doubled in revenue in the last four years. The brand generated $5.1B in 2022.
