Researchers have tracked a new Iran-backed malware campaign named BouldSpy.

 

Researchers have tracked a new Iran-backed malware campaign named BouldSpy.  The company is likely targeting minorities in Iran. The spyware is being used to target Iranian dissidents and political activists, as well as individuals in other countries, including the United States and Canada. BouldSpy can record phone calls, take screenshots, and log keystrokes. The spyware is distributed through a fake app store called Wolf Market and is disguised apps such as: WhatsApp, Telegram, and Signal.
