A U.K. gun owners' association has been hacked

A U.K. gun owners' association has been  hacked , raising suspicions that gun owners may be imminently targeted by hackers.  U.K. authorities stated that they were not able to track the cyberattack The National Crime Agency is conducting an investigation into the hacking campaign that stole an unspecific amount of data from the National Smallbore Rifle Association. Authorities stated that, at the moment, they cannot pinpoint where the cyberattack came from. Researchers have warned that this data could be used by criminal gangs to target their properties for weapons, which are difficult to get hold of in the U.K. and, therefore, valuable in the black market.
