Russia launched a series of pre-dawn strikes on Ukraine on Monday.
The barrage marked Russia's second predawn attack in three days.
- The strikes hit a logistics hub near the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, wounding 34 people and destroying dozens of houses.
- Hours later, Russian forces launched strikes on Ukraine's capital city of Kyiv.
- Ukraine's military said it downed 15 out of the 18 missiles that were fired at targets across the country.
- Officials in Kyiv noted that all missiles and drones targeting the city were destroyed.
- Pictures on social media showed a massive blaze in Pavlohrad, which was one of the hardest-hit cities.
- Russia is currently preparing for Ukraine to launch a major counteroffensive with Western-supplied weaponry and equipment.
