Balance equips platform with dunning management solution

 

B2B e-commerce payment solution Balance has equipped its platform with an enhanced dunning management solution.

 These dunning management features are offered in Balance's Account Receivables Management Suite. 

  • Dunning is the process of businesses communicating with customers to ensure that they pay any balance owed. This balance owed by customers is referred to as accounts receivable. 
  • The newly added dunning management features include a buyer portal, automated payment collection, and payment reminders. 
  • The buyer portal enables vendors to view completed payments and outstanding invoices and customers to see past transactions and pay any remaining balance by credit card, wire, or ACH.
