Balance equips platform with dunning management solution

 

B2B e-commerce payment solution Balance has equipped its platform with an enhanced dunning management solution.  These dunning management features are offered in Balance's Account Receivables Management Suite.  Dunning is the process of businesses communicating with customers to ensure that they pay any balance owed. This balance owed by customers is referred to as accounts receivable.  The newly added dunning management features include a buyer portal, automated payment collection, and payment reminders.  The buyer portal enables vendors to view completed payments and outstanding invoices and customers to see past transactions and pay any remaining balance by credit card, wire, or ACH.
