Cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike introduced a generative AI assistant called Charlotte AI, offering real-time answers and suggestions about system vulnerabilities.

The chatbot was trained on security data, including trillions of security events and telemetry data from cloud workloads, users, and devices.

The bot, now available in a limited private preview, was designed to improve users' ability to prevent breaches and simplify security operations.

  • Using Charlotte AI, customers can ask questions in natural language and receive answers from CrowdStrike's cloud-based security-as-a-service solution.
  • Companies like Microsoft and Google have also adopted similar generative AI technology for their respective cybersecurity suites.
  • Meanwhile, Precedence Research predicts the global AI in the cybersecurity market, valued at $17.4B in 2022, will grow at a CAGR of 19.43% over the next decade, reaching around $102.8B by 2032.
