Podchaser has announced an integration with Sprinklr, the leading customer experience management platform. This will bolster Sprinklr's AI-powered social listening platform, Sprinklr Insights, with Podchaser API's metadata. Spinklr Insights will use Podchaser's API to listen to conversations in podcasts and measure them for brand relevancy. - The conversations will arm Sprinkler customers with data on podcast reach, audience demographics, and more.
