SRS Real Estate Partners acquired Tampa-based Meridian Retail Group

 

SRS Real Estate Partners acquired Tampa-based Meridian Retail Group, a commercial real estate company that provides advisory services to retail, restaurant, and entertainment businesses.  The acquisition is expected to expand SRS's footprint in Florida.  Meridian's co-founders, John Fahey and Tyler McRae, will join SRS as Senior Vice Presidents and Market Leaders.  They will lead SRS's Tampa office along with Executive Vice President and Managing Principal John Artope.  According to Fahey, the company's clients will benefit from SRS national platform and industry experts, while Meridian adds local market knowledge.
