A recent Gallup report reveals a rising trend of employee disengagement, with 18% of surveyed employees participating in "loud quitting," actively undermining their organizations, and 59% "quiet quitting," putting in only the minimum required effort at work. On the other hand, the report also indicates a growth in employee engagement, with 23% of workers "thriving at work," particularly in South Asia, and suggests that improvements in leadership and management could turn "quiet quitters" into productive team members.
