JLL recruited Keely Polczynski as managing director of its investment sales team in Chicago.  Polczynski spent the past 20 years at CBRE and most recently served as Senior Vice President with its Capital Markets Institutional Properties team.  Lee & Associates hired capital markets broker Paul Fedorko and his team from CBRE to provide capital markets brokerage services to Lee & Associates' institutional and private clients.  EAH Housing appointed Katherine Fleming and Karim Sultan as new vice presidents to help it deliver more units in the next five years than over the last 25 years. Newmark expanded its Atlanta office with the addition of Brad Kirschner, Stewart Thrash, and RJ Zurak as senior managing directors.  Graystone Capital Advisors promoted Julius Swolsky to senior vice president.
