The Dallas-Fort Worth region is one of the largest cities in the U.S., which is more affordable than the others. According to Census data, the cost of living in the area is just 2% over the national average. This, along with the presence of companies like AT&T, Texas Instruments, and American Airlines, has made Dallas-Fort Worth a preferred location for people wanting to migrate away from high-tax states. Fort Worth's population has increased by 4.1% since 2020, the sharpest increase among the 30 most populous cities.

Current market scenario: Data from Zillow indicates that, in June, the value of a typical home in Dallas was $376,959, down by 3.4% YoY and up by 1.1% MoM. Home values have been seeing positive MoM growth since this March after registering negative growth for eight consecutive months before that. According to Redfin, Dallas is a very competitive market, and Dallas was the top destination for homebuyers from Los Angeles, followed by San Francisco and Chicago.

What is up for sale: This magnificent Frech Estate, located on two acres of gated and private grounds, is listed for $7.99M. The residence spans 11,056 sq. ft and features a family room with a fireplace, bar and wine cellar, a gourmet kitchen, a covered porch, a pool, and a tennis court.
