The latest season of Netflix's sci-fi anthology "Black Mirror" debuted in the #1 spot on Nielsen's streaming charts on its premiere week, back in June. "Black Mirror" Season 6 was viewed for around 1.36 billion minutes in the US between June 12-18. That made "Black Mirror" the week's most-viewed streaming program -- for shows or films -- dethroning the previous week's winner, "Avatar: The Way of Water." - The "Avatar" sequel was still viewed for more than 1 billion minutes in its second week on subscription VOD services, good enough for third place overall; it's streaming on both Max and Disney+.
- Paramount+'s "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds," now in its second season, cracked the Nielsen Top 10 list for the first time in June; the Season 2 premiere was viewed for 338 million minutes between the 12th and 18th.
